61. Hearing 16 December 2021

Political prosecutions and secret trials undermine Australia’s democracy

“The prosecution of Bernard Collaery is becoming ever more tortuous and vindictive”, said Kathryn Kelly, co-convenor of the Alliance Against Political Prosecutions (AAPP).

Supporters gathered at the ACT Courts forecourt at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday 16th December 2021 to demand the prosecutions are dropped and then moved over the road for the remainder of the demonstration.
